  • We have a workshop at our base in Bedfordshire where you are welcome to come and see our bits

  • We are happy to have a chat over the phone to discuss your event in depth, or we can do this face to face at our workshop

  • We offer an on-the-day setup service which includes styling and ensuring your venue is setup just how you want it

  • We are happy to work closely with your other suppliers/florist so that everything ties in together.

Arrange collection or delivery

Decide whether you would like to collect your items or whether you'd prefer to leave it all to us and have the items delivered and collected by us.


We are based in Clifton, Central Bedfordshire. Our delivery fees are calculated based on our distance from your event.

  • Can I make requests for items?
    Yes, you can. We are adding items to our collection all the time. If there's something you're looking for but haven't found on our website then please get in touch as we will try to source it for you.
  • Can I come and see your collection before ordering?
    Yes, we are based in Bedfordshire and would be happy to show you our collection if you wanted to come and see us. We can also send you more photos and videos of specific props if you would like to see anything in more detail.
  • Is there a minimum spend?
    Our minimum spend is £150, this excludes delivery fees. There is no minimum spend on prop hire items collected from our workshop and dropped back to our workshop.
  • What is the damages deposit?
    All orders require a minimum refundable damages deposit of £100. We may require a higher deposit depending on the value of your order. The damages deposit will be taken alongside the final balance payment, 4 weeks before your event. All damages deposits are returned within 7 days of the safe return of our items.
  • When do I need to pay for the hire of my items?
    We take an initial payment of 30% of the value of your order to secure your booking. The full balance needs to be paid a minimum of 4 weeks before your event date. As we are reserving the hire items for you, the booking and final payments are non-refundable.
  • How do I pay?
    We prefer to be paid by bank transfer but are happy to discuss other options - please let us know when ordering.
  • How do I reserve my props?
    Get in touch! Either send us an email at or fill in our online form here. A contract & deposit equal to 30% of the value of your order is required to secure your items.
  • How early should I order my props?
    As early as possible! We receive bookings for items more than a year in advance so please get in touch as soon as possible to reserve your props.
  • How long is the hire period?
    Our hire period is the day of your event. We aim to deliver our items the day before your event and collect the following morning, however this is flexible subject to availability.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We supply to Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and North London. We are happy to quote for other locations. Please get in touch for a price.
  • Can you collect and return your hire items?
    Yes you can. We offer delivery for all our items, however should you prefer to collect and return the items yourselves you can do this from our premises in central Bedfordshire
  • How much is delivery?
    Our set-up and delivery charges vary depending on the distance we need to travel to get to you. Delivery costs are as follows: - Within 10 miles = £50 - Between 10 and 30 miles = £90 - Over 30 miles = please contact us for a price. If you choose to have your items delivered, we can help you set-up the props for a fee. Please enquire with details of the props you would like us to help with.
